He has extensive experience in corporate advisory services, both ordinary and extraordinary, including acquisitions, mergers, and demergers, as well as in the management of related corporate governance issues.

He has also developed in-depth expertise in restructuring transactions and insolvency proceedings, providing assistance in the preparation of recovery plans, restructuring agreements, compositions with creditors, and liquidation proceedings, aimed at both direct and indirect business continuity and liquidation.

He also boasts extensive experience in litigation, primarily in commercial, corporate, and insolvency matters, both before ordinary courts and in arbitration.

In the areas listed above, he regularly assists Italian and foreign clients.
