Lawyer specializing in maritime, transport, and insurance law.

He graduated in Law from the University of Pisa and spent a period of study in France at the Faculty of Law and Political Science of Aix-Marseille.

He obtained his professional qualification in 2000.

He began his career in Venice, working with law firms specializing in maritime law. In 1998, he completed an internship in London. From 2000 to 2026, he worked in Genoa at a leading law firm specializing in maritime and transport law.

He has gained over a decade of experience in litigation, including international litigation, particularly in maritime and land transport matters and in the insurance sector.

Significant experiences:

• investigations into complex maritime law cases, such as salvage and collisions;
• complaints relating to accidents, especially those involving domestic sea transport;
• land and multimodal transport;
• proceedings for denial of justice (Pinto Law n° 89/2001).

He has published in specialized journals on maritime and transport law, such as Il Diritto Marittimo.

He spoke at the Seminar on Transport and Insurance held in Madrid on April 10, 2008.

He is a member of AIDIM – Italian Association of Maritime Law – and of the Genoa chapter of The International Propeller Club.
