Alessandro graduated in law in 1995 from the University of Genoa with a thesis on international arbitration, obtaining top marks. He has been a member of the Genoa Bar Association since 1999, practicing both in and out of court.

Throughout his career, he has collaborated with leading law firms and worked as a freelancer, developing solid experience in public and private contracts and procurement law, as well as concessions, regulated markets, corporate law, corporate crises, and M&A transactions.

He has also developed specific expertise in software law, electronic documents, and dematerialization and digitization processes. He also practices intellectual property, with a focus on IT copyright and trademark protection. He also provides expert advice and assistance in traditional civil law matters.

He held university positions from 2006 to 2017 as Tutor/Examiner for the teaching of “Civil Procedural Law” at the University of Bergamo, Faculty of Law and from 2008 to 2011 again as Tutor/Examiner for the teaching of “Legal Informatics” at the same university.

He is the author of several publications on civil procedural and bankruptcy law and is also the author of other legal publications, as well as a speaker at conferences and courses.
