She graduated in Law from the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart in Milan and spent an extended period studying at the University of Paris-Nanterre.

After completing her studies, she began working with leading law firms specializing in law, specializing in this field and providing legal assistance and advice to businesses both in and out of court. She attended the two-year Advanced Specialization Course in Law and advanced training courses at the University of Milan.

In law, she advises private Italian and foreign groups and companies on all aspects of law and on every aspect and stage of individual employment relationships, both as an employee and as a self-employed individual, and in the context of agency agreements. She has also gained significant experience assisting company directors and managers.

She has collaborated with specialized law journals, publishing numerous articles.

She has taught numerous training and professional development courses (including those sponsored by the Liguria Region and Catholic associations) to help disadvantaged people reintegrate into the workforce.
