He graduated in Law from the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart in Milan and specialized in Labor, Social Security, and Trade Union Law, collaborating with the law firm of Francesco Rocco di Torrepadula and with leading law firms in Milan.

In law, he advises domestic and international private groups and companies, public entities, and publicly held companies in all areas of law and specializes in litigation. He has gained significant experience in out-of-court legal advice, handling M&A transactions and relations. He assists public entities and publicly held companies in managing tenders for the awarding of services and is a member of arbitration commissions for the conciliation of disputes with employees.

In social security law, he assists domestic and foreign private groups and companies (including insolvency proceedings) in disputes concerning employers’ contribution obligations, as well as in inspections by social security institutions and the Inspectorate. He specializes in challenging notices of charge and injunctions.
