She has gained extensive experience in assisting and advising, both in litigation and contractual matters, companies operating nationally and internationally in the metalworking, electronics, electric traction, automotive, construction, renewable energy, and advertising sectors. She has also assisted in several extraordinary transactions.

She has also assisted certification companies and major trade associations within the Confindustria group for many years, participating, as a member of their Legal Affairs Committee, in drafting guidelines for the management of integrity and compliance procedures by member companies.

She has therefore honed her skills to assist companies in the design and implementation of corporate compliance systems.

Within trade associations, she has also collaborated in support activities relating to laws and regulations for the protection and representation of member companies’ interests in relations with national and EU legislative institutions. She has served as a speaker at conferences, seminars, and training courses on professionally relevant topics.

Orsola Jaselli graduated from the University of Milan in 1994, where she worked as an assistant professor in the Institutions of Roman Law department. She has been a member of the Milan Bar Association since 1998.
