She has over ten years of experience in civil law, both in court and out-of-court.

She primarily provides consultancy services to Italian companies (including publicly held companies) in the areas of corporate and commercial law and contracts, providing ongoing assistance as well as assisting in the preparation of the documentation required to complete extraordinary corporate transactions.

She also boasts regulatory expertise in the energy and gas sales sector.

She has also developed specific skills in the preparation and application of the management and operational model for companies pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 231/2001.

Cristina Grana also provides assistance in civil litigation, as well as alternative dispute resolution (ADR) and arbitration.

She graduated from the Catholic University of Piacenza in 2004 and has been a member of the Lodi Bar Association since 2009.
