He graduated in Law from the University of Milan, specializing in Law, Social Security Law, and Trade Union Law. He began his professional career by collaborating for over twenty years with the law firm of Francesco Rocco di Torrepadula, whose legacy he later inherited by founding the Rocco di Torrepadula & Scarnato Associated Law Firm.

After completing his legal internship, he worked for a company, most recently as head of the legal department.

He has collaborated with the University of Milan and Brescia as a lecturer in Law, Private Law, and Private Information Technology Law.

He collaborates with specialized industry magazines and is the author of several publications.

In employment law, he assists domestic and international private groups and companies in corporate restructuring, M&A, and relations. He also assists groups and companies in law disputes.

In social security law, he assists groups and companies in disputes with social security institutions and the Ministry of Labor.
