He mainly deals with:

• mergers and acquisitions;
• financial markets law;
• restructuring of companies in crisis;
• operations in the real estate and procurement sectors, renewable energy sources, fashion, cinema and telecommunications.

He also carries out corporate consultancy activities, with particular reference to the drafting of contracts and shareholders’ agreements, also providing assistance in litigation – both judicial and arbitral – in matters of commercial law.

Before joining BFP in 2008, he worked at a leading Italian law firm.
