Wegal was born from the merger of our national and international law firms. Drawing on a long professional tradition, the founders have combined their expertise to create a modern, multidisciplinary firm, where history, current affairs, and the future merge. The name Wegal expresses the founding partners and all their staff’s commitment to working together to create a law firm that stands out in the market for its ability to offer integrated and flexible solutions, anticipating the needs of an evolving world.

History

Wegal has its roots in the professional histories of its founding partners and the law firms from which they come: BFP Studio Legale with lawyers Bettini, Formigaro, Pericu and Pastorini; Rocco di Torrepadula & Scarnato Studio Legale; Ovadia Studio Legale; MR International Lawyers.

The experience gained over the decades in assisting national and foreign companies and groups has allowed the lawyers to establish themselves as points of reference in their respective fields: Bettini, Formigaro, Pericu and Pastorini (corporate and commercial law, M&A, corporate crisis law, administrative law and market regulation); Rocco di Torrepadula & Scarnato (labour law and social security); Ovadia (commercial contracts, cultural heritage legislation and personal data protection); Molisani (maritime law, transport and insurance, international trade).

Their past and present history is inextricably linked to several key figures, now Honorary Partners of Wegal, who have made a decisive contribution both to defining the philosophy underlying the professional firm’s project and to planning its organizational development and market positioning of legal assistance services.
